High-Impact Professional Integration: From TS2023 Arrival to Senior Business Analytics

My name is Kaan, and I came to Canada in 2023, starting my journey in Windsor with a TS2023 Open Work Permit. I began working at Publicis Groupe as a Paid Social Media Specialist and later moved to Toronto. I am currently employed at Capital One as a Senior Business Analyst, contributing to making banking better.

Outside of work, I play underwater hockey with members of the Canadian national team, with the goal of representing Canada one day. I have quickly integrated into Canada’s professional and community life. The TS2023 program has been instrumental in making these opportunities possible and supporting my long-term goals in Canada.
