- Use Facebook market place for most of the stuff (even cars) but be smart about who you're dealing with. Check the sellers rating and previous comments etc.
- Use thrift stores for literally anything like kitchenware, utensils, tableware, clothing, monitors, printers, lamps, toys etc. You cannot believe how much new stuff is moved around in larger shops like Value Village in Kenmount Rd.
- Dollarstore has it all and cheap. Do not waste money online ordering for basic stuff, just get the cheapest and you can upgrade later if you want.
- Branded stores like Wallmart, CostCo has different products on sale in different times, so you might want to check first several different stores for what they have and then buy it.
- Almost all stores provide discounts on fresh produce on a special corner or cart. When a new batch has arrived they usually discount up to 50% of most veggies and sometimes meat and fish. These are no brainers.
