Important Announcement: Coordinated Nationwide Rallies & Marches (June 27–28)

Dear Participants,

As the initial phase of our collective action, we are sharing the details for the coordinated nationwide rallies and marches taking place across multiple cities on June 27–28.

The fundamental goal of this movement is not to stage a short-lived or intermittent protest, but to sustain our rightful cause as a continuous, highly visible, and organized public campaign. We are looking at a long journey ahead; therefore, regardless of the turnout in any single location, we will move forward with the exact same resolve and determination in every city.

⏱️ Event Schedule and Timeline

Our actions will commence simultaneously on Saturday, June 27, and Sunday, June 28, at the designated locations listed below. Details regarding the actions for the subsequent days will be announced separately.

  • 12:00 PM – Gathering: Assembly at the designated start points. (Note: All locations will gather at 12:00 PM sharp, according to their local time).

  • 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM – Visibility Campaign: The first hour will be dedicated to raising awareness and maximizing visibility at the gathering points.

  • 1:00 PM – March Begins: Participants will begin marching along the designated routes.

  • Arrival & Closing: Upon reaching the final destinations, the demonstration will continue for one additional hour before a peaceful and orderly dismissal.

📸 Critical Reminder: It is vital for all participants to take as many photos, videos, and visual recordings as possible throughout the events. This content will play a critical role in amplifying our voice and reaching broader audiences across social media and digital channels.

🗓️ Future Planning and Briefing Meeting

Announcements regarding our campaign are also being shared simultaneously with the press and relevant public channels. To ensure the continuity of our movement, we are establishing a comprehensive plan to maintain daily, active visibility.

In this context, daily "stand-in protests" (durma eylemleri) will continue without interruption, particularly in Toronto and Ottawa. Furthermore, major marches to Ottawa departing from Toronto and Montreal are being organized.

Important Meeting Notice:

Following our official meeting on Wednesday with Mr. Ali, Mr. Alper, and Ms. İrep, we will hold an internal strategic evaluation meeting immediately after our guests depart. In this meeting, we will discuss the operational details regarding:

  • Daily stand-in protests,

  • The long-distance marches to Ottawa,

  • Ongoing follow-up actions within Ottawa.

As we will be shaping the future of our campaign, full attendance at this meeting is of utmost importance. Please make every effort to attend. (Specific meeting details will be shared in writing separately).

Let us remember: we are going through a challenging process, but if we unite, we will succeed. Together we are stronger!

Sincerely,
